We invite you to a workshop on the experimental photography technique called “film soup” at Stacja Praga. 🎨🎞️
During the workshop, you will learn the basics of analog photography and the film soup technique. Don’t know how to load and unload film or how the development process works? A short lecture on photography by our workshop leader, Zuza, will explain everything! ✨
In addition to learning (almost) the entire process of analog photography, a camera with film will be available for you to use. Together, we will take photos around Stacja Praga, then choose a solution to soak the film and play with the chemical properties of the film strips. 📷👩🏼🔬
Since the drying and developing process for film soup takes about a month, you can expect to see the results of our work on Stacja Praga’s Facebook page after that time! 😊
We encourage you to bring friends, take photos together, and explore the space of Stacja Praga through an analog camera! 💕📸
Due to the unpredictable nature of this technique, the results of the work can vary greatly depending on many factors. Sometimes, analog photography can be quite surprising. 🌪️
These workshops mark the end of the exhibition “Oranżada, Kawa, Czerwone Wino” by Zuza Załęska. August 12th is the last day to see the results and tests of experimental photography on which the workshops will be based.
