About the shrine
The brick chapel is located in the yard between the windows on the ground floor. The pedestal and the wall are painted blue. As a result, the chapel stands out against the gray and sad walls of the old outbuilding. In the display case behind the glass there is a statue of Mary. On the pedestal there is the inscription “O MOTHER IMMACALLY BROKEN, PRAY FOR US ON VIII 1943”. The tenement house next to the chapel was formerly inhabited by Jews, the evidence of this is the trace of a mezuzah on the frame of the side door and the back outbuilding.
